Vaccine for the prevention of neonatal Calf Diarrhea syndrome caused by Bovine Rotavirus and Gram negative bacteria; endotoxemias secondary to Gram Negative Bacterial infections and coliform mastitis in dairy cattle
Inactivated oil emulsion of Bovine Rotavirus (serotypes 6 and 10) and Escherichia coli J5.
3 mL in subcutaneous or intramuscular tissue in the neck or behind the shoulder blade.
Primary vaccination (any category receiving this vaccine for the irst time): 2 doses at an interval of 21-35 days.
Beef herds: Cows and heifers (primary vaccination):
- First dose: 7th month of pregnancy;
- Second dose: 8th month of pregnancy.
Cows and heifers (revaccination): Administer one dose during the 8th month of pregnancy. In areas with high incidence of diarrhea outbreaks it is suggested to revaccinate with a third dose to late calving cows.
Dairy cattle: Cows and heifers (primary vaccination):
- First dose: 7th month of pregnancy;
- Second dose: 8th month of pregnancy.
Cows and heifers (revaccination):
- First dose: at dry off;
- Second dose: prepartum.
For the prevention of coliform mastitis it is recommended to administer a third dose at calving.
Store between 2 ºC and 8 ºC, away from light. Do not freeze.
