Biogénesis Bagó S.A. located at 950 Cordoba Av., Floor 12ve , Office “D”, in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina (hereinafter, “Biogénesis Bagó”), has its databases registered with the National Database Registry and processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data currently in force in Argentina.
By visiting, using and/or registering on BIOGÉNESIS BAGÓ’s social media accounts, (including, but not limited to, its Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp), and its website www.biogenesisbago.com (hereinafter, jointly and indistinctly referred to as the “Sites”), you become a user (hereinafter, the “User”) and consent to all provisions of this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”), as well as to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Sites.
In the event that Biogénesis Bagó makes any material changes in how it collects and/or uses any personal information, Biogénesis Bagó will modify and accordingly disclose the changes in this Privacy Policy. The use of the Sites on a one-off or continued basis after Biogénesis Bagó disclosed any modification will represent the User’s consent of the Privacy Policy.

These Automatic Technologies do not collect personal identification data automatically unless the User voluntarily submits any such data or sends it via e-mail or instant message service.
Biogénesis Bagó will use the information provided by Users and the data collected through the Automatic Technologies used in the Sites, including, but not limited to, their geographic location, sessions, frequency of use, and dwell time on the Sites, to analyze Users’ conduct and behavior with a view to improving Biogénesis Bagó’s products and services and sending Users more effective communications with information of particular interest to Users, such as product discounts and promotions, notifications, updates, and news.
By providing their personal information, Users give their consent to Biogénesis Bagó, its subsidiaries, affiliates, controlled companies, and/or the companies hired for the provision of services on behalf of Biogénesis Bagó to be able to use the Personal Data that Users choose to share to help us carry out the relevant commercial transactions, including, without limitation, customer service, by sending Users marketing communications about our products, services, and offers, and performing the technological maintenance of the Sites.

Biogénesis Bagó adopts reasonable security measures to keep strictly confidential and protect Users' information by preventing unauthorized access to their data or any unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction thereof.
Access to Personal Data is restricted to employees, contractors, and representatives of Biogénesis Bagó on a need-to-know basis to the extent required for them to discharge their duties and develop or improve our services, provided that BIOGÉNESIS BAGÓ will cause any such employees, contractors and representatives to comply with a duty of confidentiality as restrictive as that contained herein.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and given that the Internet is an open, public access system, Biogénesis Bagó cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not breach those security measures and make improper use of User information.
In addition, Users will be responsible to ensure that the electronic device being used is safe and protected against malicious software, such as Trojans, viruses and worms, among others. In the event a User fails to have appropriate security measures in place (including, but not limited to safe web browser settings, updated antivirus software, and personal firewall software) or uses untrusted software there is a risk that the data and passwords used to protect them against unauthorized third party access to their personal information may be exposed.
If Users decide to provide their Personal Data will be entitled, in their capacity as owner of such Personal Data, to review and correct their data at any time, free of charge, and at intervals of at least six months (unless a legitimate interest is established to require otherwise, as provided in Section 14(3) of Law No. 25.326) by sending written notice for that purpose to 950 Cordoba Av., Floor 12ve, Office “D”, in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, or by contacting Biogénesis Bagó by phone at +54 (0) 3327 44-8300, or via e-mail to info.mena@biogenesisbago.com. Biogénesis Bagó will answer any such request within five business days following receipt of notice, in accordance with Section 16 of Law No. 25.326.
It is hereby further stated that the National Personal Data Protection Office—the Enforcement Authority under Law No. 25.326—is empowered to handle any reports and claims filed in connection with non-compliance with any personal data protection provisions.
The Sites may contain links enabling Users to exit the visited section, and access other websites of particular interest (hereinafter, the “Pages”) which are owned or controlled by individuals or entities other than Biogénesis Bagó and, therefore, beyond the control of Biogénesis Bagó. Consequently, Biogénesis Bagó will not be responsible for the information collected by any such individuals or entities, or for how they protect Users’ personal information. Each of those Pages has its own privacy policy to that effect.
